Emraan Hashmi's 'Mr. X' Promises To Combine Powerful Technical Wizardry With Great Story Telling

Mr. X is up for release and Mahesh Bhatt is boisterous as ever for this yet another offering that comes from the house of Vishesh Films, a production house that he and his brother Mukesh have painstakingly built over last three decades. With Vikram Bhatt back in their fold, they have a powerful association going, something which is expected to pay dividends for them all over again after Raaz 3.

"Well, after going away, Vikram has come back to Vishesh films as a prodigal son. His reasons for coming back are personal and not really professional. He feels much fulfilled working in an environment that we give him. He has also flowered into a writer now," says Mahesh Bhatt on a fond tone.

With the team, comprising of Emraan Hashmi as their blue eyed boy, promising to deliver all over again, it is time to see what is brought on table (and on screen in 3D) with Mr. X.

"Vikram has perfected this medium of supernatural. Also, he knows the VFX space like no one else in the country. He is able to marry the technical wizardry with good story telling. The digital age has made filmmakers so powerful today. However, many filmmakers are still making films based on an understanding of the 20th Century. Vikram possesses technical arsenal through digital space and has married it well to an inherent story telling. That is a great asset for us," declares Mahesh Bhatt.

With all around confidence being displayed, one just hopes that the results are quite positive as well for Mr. X which also sees the return of Amyra Dastur in the Bollywood arena after a forgettable Issaq. Come 17th April and the results would be known by one and all.
