Two versions for Emraan Hashmi’s Tigers.

Emraan Hashmi's Tigers, helmed by Oscar winner Danis Tanovic (of No Man's Land fame), will apparently have two versions.

Sources tell us that the international version of the film won't have any songs, unlike the Indian one, for which Pritam is composing a couple of tracks. Tigers is based on Hashmi's whistle-blower protagonist who exposes marketing malpractices of his company for their baby-feeding product.

While producer Guneet Monga was unavailable for comment, Pritam confirmed the same saying, "The international version is more about the issue, while in the Indian version the protagonist's family also plays a pivotal part, that adds to the emotional quotient." Reportedly, the Indian version will have three-four songs. The composer declined to comment saying he was waiting for Guneet to return from Toronto so they could finalise the soundtrack.
