Remo has his hands full.

After the success of ABCD: Anybody Can Dance, choreographer Remo D'Souza has many projects lined up. Post the sequel, ABCD 2, D'Souza will be directing an action film for Karan Johar. "I will be starting with Karan's film once I'm done with ABCD 2. It will take a while to finalise the actors," says Remo. However, he is in talks with Emraan Hashmi for a new project. "I cannot divulge anything about the project, but I've been considering making a film with Emraan for quite some time. As of now, we're just in talks," he said.



Ungli to release in mid-2014

The Sanjay Dutt-Emraan Hashmi-starrer Ungli, produced by Karan Johar and directed by Rensil D'Silva, which was slated for a release this September, has been pushed to a mid-2014 release. "Karan is still deciding on the exact date, but, it should release somewhere between March and May," says D'Silva. Meanwhile, a special promotional song is slated to be shot for the film. The film also stars Kangana Ranaut, Randeep Hooda and Neha Dhupia.

Farhan-Kareena in Bombay Samurai

Farhan Akhtar confirmed that Dev Benegal's film, in which he is paired with Kareena Kapoor Khan is titled Bombay Samurai. "As of now this is the working title," said Akhtar. The film, a romantic drama, has Kapoor playing an actor who falls in love with Akhtar's character. The cast also includes Satish Kaushik, who played a prominent role in Benegal's Road Movie.

Warsi back with Subhash Kapoor

With Jolly L.L.B. being one of the major hits this year, film-maker Subhash Kapoor had a lot of accolades coming his way. Now, the filmmaker is set to team up with actor Arshad Warsi again in his next titled Guddu Rangeela. Kapoor said, "It's a two-hero film. While Arshad has been signed, I'm still in the process of finalising the other male lead." The film can be expected to go on floors early next year, after finalising one more actor and two female leads.

Emraan Hashmi considered for biopic on Azharuddin

Soon after the success of the Farhan Akhtar-starrer Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, making biopics of sports figures is catching on. Ekta Kapoor, who after showcasing the life of South siren Silk Smitha in The Dirty Picture, is all set to depict the life of the famous cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin in one of her forthcoming project. While the casting is still in progress, it was said that Emraan Hashmi and Ajay Devgn were top contenders for the role. When contacted Kunal Deshmukh, the director of the film, said, "Well it's too early to talk about the casting, but I believe that Emraan suits the role perfectly."

Arjan Bajwa's negative role in Bobby Jasoos

Actor Arjan Bajwa, who was last seen in Son of Sardaar, will now share screen space with Vidya Balan in Bobby Jasoos. Bajwa will star in a negative character for the first time. Bobby Jasoos went on floors in November in Hyderabad. Also starring Supriya Pathak, Ali Fazal and Tanvi Azmi, the film is directed by Samar Sheikh. It is produced by Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha's Born Free Entertainment. Vidya Balan will be seen in various get-ups for the film where she plays the role of a detective.
