Emraan Hashmi’s decision of ‘Raja Natwarlal’ over ‘Mr. X’ has Mahesh Bhatt fuming.

Uncle has taught nephew well the mantra to success.

NEW DELHI: After relishing success under Bhatt’s camp, with movies like Murder series, Jannat series, Gangster and Raaz series, Emraan Hashmi is having stormy relationship with his uncle Mahesh Bhatt.

Bhatt, who has helped Hashmi with most of his successful films, is not very happy with him working for UTV Disney for his next film, Raja Natwarlal.

Apparently, everything was fine, until Hashmi had to prioritize Raja Natwarlal over Bhatt’s Mr. X. Bhatt’s Mr. X is a supernatural series that he expected Hashmi to finish in 10 days but Hashmi allotted his dates to Raja Natwarlal for its promotional activities since its release date is approaching.

Bhatt believes that he is the one who built Hashmi’s stardom, so he expects more loyalty from him. Meanwhile, Hashmi accepts that it was Bhatt who helped him climb the stairs of success and that he’s a fine mentor. He says in interviews that he’s learnt a lot from his uncle and is following his word of advice: that it’s only success that matters, whether it’s fair or foul.

Raja Natwarlal is directed by Kunal Deshmukh. It stars Humaina Malick, Paresh Rawal, Kay Kay Menon and Deepak Tijori. The film is slated to release on August 29.
