Azharuddin’s 24-year-old son Asad to help Emraan Hashmi adapt his father’s cricketing style

Emraan Hashmi, who has reportedly taken off to Sydney to watch the India-Australia Test Match, is scheduled to learn more nuances of the game post his return to Mumbai.

Before the actor starts shooting for the biopic on Mohammad Azharuddin this summer, he'll spend some time learning to play like the former national captain. What is most interesting is that Azhar's son Asad (Asaduddin) will be teaching him his father's style, including some of his famous shots.

The 24-year-old lad has taken to batting like his father, though he's left-handed. He was in the news for making it to the Uttar Pradesh team for Vijay Hazare Trophy last November.

Our source says, "Asad is not playing professionally, but he's well-versed with Azhar's style. Emmi is passionate about cricket, but he has to learn Azhar's style. And who better than his own son?"
