After much delay, the Emraan Hashmi-Vidya Balan- Rajkummar Rao starrer Hamari Adhuri Kahaani will finally go on the floors in September this year. Confirming the same, producer Mahesh Bhatt stated, “Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi and Rajkummar Rao suit their characters perfectly in the film and there was no way we could have started working on it without them.
Emraan’s son was not well and we didn’t want him to start working on the project in a haste as family always comes first. Right now, we are in the process of matching Emraan’s dates with the rest of the cast and in all likelihood, the film will go on the floors in September. In case there is any delay, we will push maximum till October end.” To be directed by Mohit Suri, the film will be produced by Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films with its first schedule to be shot in India.
