Yuvan completes 3 songs for Emraan’s film.

Yuvan is in no mood to respond to rumours about his personal life and his decision to embrace Islam. The music director has shifted focus to his upcoming projects and is currently in Mumbai, composing tunes for his debut Hindi film, Shaatir, which has Emraan Hashmi in the lead. He has already completed three songs for the film, directed by Kunal Deshmukh. A source says, "The songs of this Hindi film will be in typical Yuvan style. He had committed to this project last year and now, the composing work is going on at a brisk pace."

Meanwhile, Yuvan had to opt out of the Tamil film Vadacurry because of lack of time. Newcomers Vivek and Mervin have taken over the film. The source says, "He had to compose tunes for many projects at the same time. As a result, he had little time to finish Vadacurry. The makers also wanted to wrap up the film soon. So, both of them parted ways on good terms. Now, only one melodious song composed by Yuvan will be retained in that film."
